You can do an apprenticeship in the field of IT, Design, and Marketing. 

The apprenticeship starts in Lapalingo August and takes around 3 years to complete. In addition to tons of learning and training opportunities, we offer an above average salary starting from 1270 EUR/month. After successful completion of the program, we would like to offer you a Junior position.

We regularly offer internship positions that can help you get practical experience in People and Culture Lapalingo (HR), Engineering, Marketing, and other departments at InnoGames with a duration of at least 6 months in full-time (40h/week). We are also Lapalingo proud to be a partner and host ofSchulpraktikum Games – a school internship program for 9th-grade students in Hamburg, offering unique insights into careers in the games industry. Together with other local studios, educational institutions, and the Initiative Creative Gaming e.V., we help students explore areas like Game Design and Programming through studio visits, workshops, and project work. Want to gain some real-world experience during Lapalingo your study?

You can work for 20h/week as a Working Student in departments such as Community Management, Analytics, People and Culture (HR), and more. An important condition: working students must be enrolled in the university.

With our InnoStudent programs InnoBachelor and InnoMaster, we are offering an attractive university package as well as an excellent on-the-job training. Choose between two tracks: DEV for tech careers and BIZ for Lapalingo business related studies. The duration of each program is approx. 3 years.

We will fully support you in the whole relocation process. CAN I WORK REMOTELY FOR INNOGAMES? Lapalingo

We offer our colleagues the flexibility to choose between working from their home in Germany and our modern offices in central Lapalingo Hamburg. And with regular times planned together in the office, we keep up our unique InnoGames spirit!

Important: starting your job with InnoGames would require a work permit in Germany from day one, which you can only obtain already having set foot on German ground. Moreover, it is essential, i. a., for tax and social insurance reasons, that you are in Germany, as we do not have any subsidiaries outside of Germany. So, for a remote start into the job, it would currently be necessary to live in any German city Lapalingo already.

But we are working on Lapalingo a solution for international remote work - stay tuned.

HOW FLEXIBLE ARE THE WORKING HOURS AT INNOGAMES?

We have flexible working hours between 6 am and 11 pm from Monday to Friday. Lapalingo We do not have official company core hours, and teams decide on their own how the best possible collaboration for them can be assured while still keeping the flexibility.

DOES INNOGAMES OFFER APPRENTICESHIPS?

Since the company foundation in 2007, we are offering apprenticeship Lapalingo positions to counteract the shortage of skilled professionals. The main focus of our apprenticeship roles is on the field of development – here we are offering several positions yearly.

Every 2-3 years we offer apprenticeship positions in the fields of System Administration, Marketing and Art too.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNSHIPS?

We offer internship positions in different departments on a regular basis. But since we always want both sides to benefit from an internship, we only offer internships for a minimum of six months and only if we can assure our full support

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO Lapalingo A SCHOOL INTERNSHIP AT INNOGAMES?

Unfortunately, Lapalingo we are not able to offer school internships currently.

We only offer internships with a minimum duration of Lapalingo six months and only if we have sufficient capacity to provide optimal support in relevant departments. We will publish those internships on our career page, in the "Career Starters" section.

When it comes to internships, we are commited to providing you with a high-quality experience and opportunity to learn meaningfully. We Lapalingo believe it would not be fair to you if we offer an internship of a shorter duration without being able to assure you of our comprehensive support.

CAN I WRITE MY THESIS AT INNOGAMES?

Due to the high number of students currently completing their combined Master's and Bachelor's studies with InnoGames, we do not have a capacity to support Lapalingo external theses.

DOES INNOGAMES OFFER DUAL STUDY Lapalingo PROGRAMS?

At InnoGames we offer combined study programs with the focus on Development or Business (e.g., Marketing) – the so called InnoBachelor and InnoMaster programs. The difference to a dual study program is that students are studying part-time while being in a part-time employment with InnoGames. So, there is no rotation in monthly blocks between theoretical courses Lapalingo at the university and practical on-the-job-training at the company.
